1. Web Design Services

a. Project Initiation and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of any web design project. This deposit covers the initial consultation, research, and resource allocation.
The exact amount of the deposit will be specified in your project agreement.

b. Cancellation by Client

Before Project Commencement: If you cancel the project before work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited.
After Project Commencement: If the project is canceled after work has started, you will be charged for the hours worked up to the cancellation date, including any completed deliverables. Any remaining balance from payments made may be refunded at our discretion.
After Project Completion: Refunds are not available for completed and delivered projects.

c. Revisions and Changes

Projects include a predetermined number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to revisions outside the agreed-upon scope.

d. Timeline Delays

If delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals, no refunds will be issued for missed deadlines.
We reserve the right to charge additional fees for delays that extend the project timeline beyond the agreed-upon schedule.

2. Web Hosting Services

a. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied with our hosting services during this period, you may request a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the 30-day period.

b. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Domain name registration, renewal, or transfer fees.
SSL certificates and other third-party services.
Setup fees for hosting plans or add-ons (if applicable).
Migration services or other one-time technical support services.

c. Cancellation Policy

Hosting services may be canceled at any time by submitting a written request to webcore24@gmail.com
If canceled after the money-back guarantee period, no refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the hosting term.

d. Downtime or Technical Issues

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, occasional downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis for prolonged outages.

3. Refund Eligibility

a. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as promised in the agreement.
The cancellation or refund request falls within the applicable refund period (e.g., 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services).
There is a clear failure or error on our part in delivering the service.

b. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Breach of our Terms of Service by the client.
Use of services for prohibited activities (e.g., illegal content, spam, or hacking).
Client dissatisfaction with design concepts or hosting performance that falls within the agreed scope.
Termination of services due to policy violations or unpaid invoices.

4. Process for Refund Requests

a. How to Request a Refund
